MISSION STATEMENT:
With a focus on safety, direct communication, and detailed problem solving, Ryan Norris at Norris Engineering will use his breadth and depth of experience to solve your toughest challenges. Put simply, Norris Engineering provides solutions Engineered for Performance.
I founded Norris Engineering in 2022. I brought my years of experience across a variety of industries, including automotive, consumer products, industrial automation and conveyance, aerospace, and most recently, eBike gearbox development at Driven Technologies. I have a primary focus on gearing and rotating equipment but I am able to tackle any machine design and development. I am a licensed PE in Colorado, Washington State and Wyoming. Recently, my work has been seen predominantly in my work as Director of Engineering and Principal Engineer and inventor of the Driven Technologies “Orbit Drive” - the world’s most compact eCVT designed for the eBike market. The Orbit Drive saw great press at the 2023 Eurobike and was featured in many publications, including hottest drivetrain technology to watch for 2024 by Cycling Weekly.
